How to make it:
1 Onion; Large Finely Chopped
1 Tbs Ground Red Chiles
1/4 tsp Ground Red Pepper
1 Ancho Chile, seeded and finely chopped
1 Tbs Vegetable Oil
1 cup Orange Juice
1/2 cup Lime Juice
2 Tbs Sugar
2 Tbs Lemon Juice
1 Tbs Fresh Cilantro diced
1 tsp Salt
Cook onion, ground red chiles, red pepper and ancho chile
in oil, stirring frequently, until onion is tender, about 5
minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients.
Heat to boiling, reduce heat to low. Simmer uncovered,
about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
