1/4 cup grainy mustard
1/4 cup non-fat sour cream
1/4 cup non-fat mayonnaise
1 Tbs dried chives
1 tsp lemon juice

chives and juice. Cover and chill at least one hour.
Serve cold with turkey fondue.
