Lemon Poppy Seed Bread

1 box lemon cake mix
1 teaspoon almond extract
1 (3.4 ounce) package lemon or vanilla instant pudding
4 eggs
1 cup water
2 tablespoons poppy seeds
¾ cup vegetable oil
Preheat oven to 350°.
Combine all ingredients until moistened.
Grease and flour bread pan. Bake 20 – 30 minutes until center is done.
Also makes good muffins!
