3 Tbs oil
1 1/2 lbs fresh white mushrooms
1 large diced onion
1 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
3/4 tsp salt
1 can (14.5 ounces) stewed tomatoes
1 can (15 to 19 ounces) white beans,
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, divided
