How to make it:

2 Tbs butter
2 Tbs olive oil
1/2 cup fontina
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup mascarpone
1/2 cup grated asiago
2 slices prosciutto
1 pinch nutmeg
1 dash pepper
Chop prosciutto and cook in olive oil for about one minute.
Add the butter.
When the butter is melted, add the heavy whipping cream.
When the cream starts to boil, add the marscapone. When
that melts, add the fontina. Stir over very low heat until
fontina has melted.
Season with nutmeg and pepper. Pour over pasta and top with
